After checkout, we'll schedule your onboarding call within a few business days. Once we understand your brand and have the details we need, your listing goes live in the catalog within 5–7 business days — and is immediately visible to our filmmaker network.

How do brands receive placement opportunities?

Two ways: filmmakers who browse the catalog and select your product contact us, and we pass the opportunity directly to you. We also share open placement invites when slots become available after our Pro and Retainer clients are filled — you'll hear from us first.

Is there any placement guarantee?

Organic placement is not guaranteed — it depends on active productions and how well your product fits the stories being told. What we guarantee is your continuous presence in a filmmaker-facing catalog, and priority access when placement slots open. Brands that stay consistent in the catalog see more matches over time, which results in more chances of real on-screen exposure.

What happens when a filmmaker is interested in my product?

We contact you with the details — the production, scene context, and what's needed. You decide whether to participate. If you're in, we guide you on how to prepare and ship product to set. Coordination from there is between you and the production team.

Can I upgrade to a full retainer later?

Absolutely. Many brands start with the Catalog tier to get familiar with the process, then move to our Pro or Studio Partnership tier when they're ready for active scouting and curated placements. Your onboarding work carries over — nothing is wasted.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. On-Set Access is billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime through Stripe and your listing remains active through the end of the billing period.
